Citrus Honey

A delicate, light honey collected in early spring when the coastal citrus orchards of Northern Lebanon burst into bloom. The bees forage among orange, lemon, and mandarin blossoms, producing a pale golden honey with a bright, zesty character and a clean finish. Perfect drizzled over yogurt or stirred into herbal tea.
