Thyme Honey

Our signature harvest. Collected at altitudes exceeding 1,500 meters, this honey is the essence of the Lebanese mountainside. As summer heat peaks, the rugged slopes become carpeted in the purple blooms of wild thyme (za'atar), and our bees concentrate its intense medicinal properties into a viscous, deep amber elixir. Bold, herbaceous, and unmistakably Lebanese.
